36 weeks and a visit from some TN Volunteers

36 weeks, 5 days

Last Saturday, my parents and sister came into town to help me finish up Emmie's room and see me for the LAST time before I become a MOM. WEIRD. It was so fun! We ate our way through the State Fair, went shopping in Allen, and finished Emmie's room.

At the State Fair, we ate famous corn dogs, fried pecan pie, fried caramel apples, fried peanut butter cup macaroons, a turkey leg, etc....and this is between ALL of us, not just the pregnant lady...lol.

Monday I had a Dr appt. My sis and mom got to hear Emmie's heartbeat on the doppler, AND I found out that I was already 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced! The Dr was even shocked since this is my first, and I'm was only 36 weeks! She said that means that I won't go past my due date! Music to my ears!!!
